The summer season is nearly finished, school will begin very soon. It is our prayer that you had opportunities to work, play, rest, and pray, all of which will bear fruit for God’s glory.
Happy Independence Day! We are so blessed as God’s creation to receive the mercy and grace of freedom. Through God’s strength, He has provided this freedom by our Lord Jesus. Remember to pray humbly and with grateful hearts to Him for allowing us to remain free to worship Him.
Once again, flooding and tornado damage have come to Mississippi, as well as many other states. Our MNA is requesting assistance to help in the clean-up efforts and restoration projects that will be necessary for many months to come.
We wish to take this opportunity to thank all of you for the contributions of food received for the numerous occasions over the past several months as we have served the Lord together in hospitality. Recipes are still needed for the cookbook being prepared at this time.

As you all know we have been working on the Disaster Relief buckets for a few months. Many have been completed but there are still some to fill. We will concentrate on finishing these up in the month of January.
Merry Christmas family! We are about to enjoy the most wonderful season of thankfulness and reflection. We counted our blessings at Thanksgiving and we look forward to the celebration of the birth of Jesus, our Savior. Take time to worship all season for the gift that God has sent us.
Please note these changes in our weekly schedule for the Thanksgiving holiday. On Sunday night, November 20th, we will not worship at our church, but will instead participate in the Community Thanksgiving Service
